My approach to balanced wellness is derived from my 

"nourish-move-rejuvenate" philosophy. 

~Nourish the body with healthy, whole foods. 

~ Move the body with regular physical activity that you enjoy.

~ Rejuvenate the body through massage therapy, restorative sleep and relaxation, meditation and a variety of other healthy living tools.

Whether it be hands on, through massage therapy or a personalized lifestyle coaching plan, I am committed to you as we work towards your health and wellness goals.
